What Are Diagnostic Records?
Diagnostic Records include:
- Study Models of your teeth
- Panoramic and Cephalometric Radiographs and tracings

Understanding the Cost of Treatment
The cost of orthodontic treatment varies based on the severity of each case. During the initial exam, our treatment coordinator will discuss:

We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your budget and accept assignments from most insurance plans, striving to make orthodontics accessible for everyone. Our goal is to help every patient achieve their perfect smile!
What Does Your Investment Include?
- Orthodontic Records: To determine your treatment objectives, comprehensive x-rays, study models, and personalized growth studies.
- Active Treatment Fee: Covers both early treatment options and complete comprehensive treatment with braces or Invisalign, including all necessary appliances, office visits, and in-office procedures. Our durable appliances should last through your treatment, provided you follow care instructions. An additional replacement fee may apply if appliances are lost or damaged due to misuse.
- Final Retainers: Upon the completion of comprehensive (Phase II) treatment, one set of final retainers is included. Additional retainers lost or broken will incur a replacement fee.
What Isn't Included in Your Investment?
- Treatments performed at other dental offices outside our orthodontic practice.
- Any additional orthodontics or orthognathic surgery resulting from accidents or injuries during treatment may necessitate a fee adjustment under unusual circumstances.
Assignment of Benefits
We gladly accept the assignment of benefits from most insurance plans, which significantly reduces your family’s out-of-pocket expenses. If we are unable to accept your plan’s assignment, we will file claims for reimbursement directly to you. If there are any changes to your insurance policy before full payment of benefits, please inform our office promptly so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
