Dr. Brad’s career reflects a lifelong dedication to learning and professional excellence. After graduating from Rapid City Central High School in 1978, he attended the University of South Dakota (USD), graduating summa cum laude in 1983.
During his undergraduate studies, he earned membership in Phi Beta Kappa, reflecting his academic achievements. His education then took him abroad, where he studied French in Grenoble, France, in 1983. Dr. Brad earned his medical degree from USD’s School of Medicine in 1988, graduating second in his class. He completed his internship at the University of Hawaii, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri and a fellowship in Corneal and Refractive Surgery at Tulane University.
He later practiced ophthalmology in Maui before deciding to pursue his passion for orthodontics. Returning to school, Dr. Brad attended the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, where he completed his dental degree and orthodontic residency in 2001. This diverse background gives him an exceptional ability to address both routine and complex orthodontic cases with precision and care.
