Always a pleasant experience

Just finished my daughter's 2.5 year ortho journey. Five stars all the way Evans Orthodontics -- from the front desk ladies to the techs to the docs - every single person was so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't be happier with the results. Well done as always - the same as my journey nearly 2 decades ago ... Evans was the clear choice in orthodontics for our family.

In my opinion, Evans Orthopedics, is hands down the best orthodontists in Rapid City. Everyone is very honest, open to questions, and I believe everyone in their office honestly care. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. I am very grateful my son is treatments done at Evans Orthopedics.

Everyone was very nice. The appointment went smoothly and they worked swiftly and efficiently. They explained everything so I knew what was going on. I went through Evans Orthodontist for the entire process of getting braces, and they have been off for almost ten years now. I had to get a new retainer and they gave me a discount for it. I was very grateful!

I really can't say enough great things about this office. They have been so thoughtful, helpful, and meticulous. My smile is more beautiful than ever and it's all because of them. As an adult patient, they always made me feel right at home, addressing any concerns with respect and care. My kids will DEFINITELY be patients here

I couldn't be more pleased with my results!!! At the age of 59 I did my second round of braces. The first time I was 11. Needless to say braces have changed a lot in those years since. I actually did the trays, and a year later I have the beautiful smile that I've always wanted. I can't thank Dr. Brad and his staff enough! Everyone in this office is very knowledgeable and kind. You all ROCK!!! Thank you God for this opportunity and the healing of my TJM!

This is a great place. Will work with you on payments and very helpful and nice and know how to get the job done.

Both our boys went here and we loved it. Got honest answers and quotes from them the whole time. When the youngest first went we were told 2 phases for him and 2 years later when he was ready for braces his teeth had changed on their own and we were honestly told we could do one phase of we wanted to make a few adjustments. Great staff and atmosphere!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Bruce is the most experienced orthodontist in the Black Hills! He is kind, funny and knows just what to do.

I had a pretty bad overbite, took four years of braces to fix. I only had brackets break once, and I was able to get them fixed within the week. All in all, they did a great job fixing up my teeth. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Had braces in 7th grade with Evans. Two years later perfectly straight teeth. No wire bar behind my teeth just retainer. 12 years later retainer was lost. Teeth moved and went back to have things slightly readjusted. They said the price would be 6k no deduction for having braces earlier in life. I used Byte for 1,000 and the results were just as good if not better.

Great if you can't afford all of the braces up front. They'll treat you if you have half down

I know how hard you worked to get the nuances of the plan worked out to your very exact specifications. Evan's Orthodontist gave me a beautiful smile. The workers there were very friendly and nice. I didn't enjoy having twin blockers as a phase of my braces, but they did give me a perfect bite.

I love Evans Orthodontics! The setting is always nice and clean and the staff there are always really nice! The treatment doesn't hurt that much and it is pretty comfortable!

This is the one dental place my 12-year old says he feels special. And what a difference they've made to his teeth/bite in 3 months!!!

We had the best experience straightening my daughters teeth. During the almost 2 years of service, we were nothing but impressed. The doctors are so down to earth and friendly. Her teeth looked great after just 6 months. If there were any problems, they were sure to get her in within the week. Also, their price was almost 3,000 less than the competition. We couldn't be happier or more appreciative of this wonderful team!

I wish this office was located down in TX! I'm in the area for my husbands job and two of my lower brackets broke. I called as soon as they opened and they managed to get me in first thing in the morning. INCLUDING fixing both brackets and replacing the wire altogether at no cost. Hands down the best location in Rapid City.

I am a patient at Evan's Orthodontics, and I am very impressed by how much my teeth have changed for the better!

My daughter had just gotten her braces put on on a Friday before closing at a different office in town. Within 2 hours, one of her brackets had fallen off and a wire was poking her in the mouth. We weren't able to get in contact with our orthodontist, so I called Evans hoping they could help. By early the next morning, Monique had answered back and had us meet her in the office to get everything fixed. They didn't hesitate to help someone who was not their patient.... they just saw a child in pain and did everything they could to fix it. I can't say enough good about Monique and Evans Orthodontics. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

What live savers… we were on a road trip to Wyoming when my daughter tooth fell out and a bracket and wire was poking her In the back of her mouth. I called Evans orthodontist to see if they would help us out and with no hesitation they said bring her on in. They fixed my daughters mouth right up and didn't even charge us. What a top-notch place this is… The staff was incredible! Thank you!!!

Excellent customer care and service! At the start of our family reunion/vacation in the Black Hills, my 12 yo complained of a wire poking him in his cheek and went through all his wax. I contacted Evans Orthodontics to see if they could look at it, even though we were just visiting the area. They saw him that day and adjusted the wire within a few minutes and gave him more wax. Thank you! If we lived in the area, my boys would go to you for their orthodontic care.

The doctors and assistants here were very helpful throughout my braces journey. It has been 7 years since my last visit and they still continue to help their patients with their needs. Great experience and unmatched service!

I have 7 adopted kiddos who ALL needed braces.Evan's worked with us to fill out Medicaid's ridiculous points based medically necessary form. When none of them qualified Dr. Bruce and Dr. Brad worked with us on payments and 2nd phases for half the kids.My eldest and first ortho complex child's quote was $500 less at another orthodontist in town so we went with them in the very beginning as he qualified for a portion from Mediciad. It was a giant mistake. That Ortho treated us like 2nd class customers because of the medicaid. Charged for every broken wire blaming anything that failed on my disabled son.Evan's has been consistently caring of all my other 5 braces children. I have one more child that we waited on because she was the least medically necessary. Even though she has just become an adult Dr's Bruce and Brad are still offering a discount.Monique is the best tech and Vickie has worked with us on payments and on and off again military insurance for over a decade. When my husband is deployed they remember and ask the kids and I how things are going.

We have loved our experience with Evans Ortho! They have always been very helpful when we have called about anything. They have made my daughters experience easy having retainers, braces and a hirex. Through every phase of my care, from when I was 8 years old to now, they have taken the time to provide appropriate education to ensure I know how to take care of my smile. I couldn't be more happy with my smile after having an extreme overbite that looked awful... it's a restoration of confidence and happiness. We spoke with all area orthodontics before choosing Evans and we're very happy we did. My son just got his braces off and though we're still continuing treatment (retention) he looks amazing and has had a great experience here. Absolutely every lady in the back are awesome, kind and fun with the kids. Doc's are fun too! We thought doing orthodontics was going to be such a cost burden but they make it possible and getting their money up front is definitely not their priority and they're willing to work with payment plans. Top notch place, and I definitely recommend you check them out at least and see what you think.

I was employed by Evans back in 2016-2018. Since then I worked at 2 other offices in KY and man, do I miss Evans. Here is why,They genuinely care about how their patient facial features turn out as well as their teeth. Since working out in KY, the offices I've worked at care more about just making sure the teeth are straight. If they need to correct anything, they pull teeth or have you get surgery. Evans has so many appliances to help with all of that! Don't get me wrong some people may still need teeth pulled and surgery but Evans will do all they can to save you a trip to the oral surgeon! If you are deciding where to take your kids or even yourself for orthodontic treatment, take them here! Being in other offices, I'm telling you, you won't regret it! 😊
